Why do you need to approve my account?
Just like you, we hate spam. Unfortunately there are some dodgy companies and people out there that are just interested in tricking others and bombarding them with spam.
We have found manually processing your account is the best way to ensure our users are going to be using our system for good and not evil and that they agree to our anti-spam policy.
How long does it take to get my account approved and setup?
From the time you send through your account application for, your account will be ready to go within 1-2 business days.
Who is eligible for an account?
At this stage, only businesses and individuals within Australia are able to open an account with us.
WEBSITE INTEGRATION
Can i get a subscription form onto my website?
100% yes. In our system you will find all the coding needed to embed and link a sign up form on your website to a subscription list within your email marketing account… so easy
Can I have a link to my past newsletters on my website?
Again, 100% yes. You will find all the documentation your need in our system to have your past email newsletters automatically displayed on your website, allowing your visitors to view any past newsletters they may have missed. This feature is so cool that once you add the provided coding to your website, everything is automatically handled by our email marketing system… oh, now that is so easy.
EMAIL NEWSLETTER DESIGNS & TEMPLATES
Can my email newsletter look like my website?
No problem at all, in fact, we recommend it does so that you present a continuity in your branding.
However, keep in mind that the functionality of email software is far behind that of web browsers. So elements like flash animations, video and forms are not available in email newsletters.

Where do I find the free email newsletter template?
We add this to you account at the time it is set up. When you create your email newsletter campaign, one of the steps is to select this template or opt for a plain text bulk email.
